20+ engineers who would rather ship than present.

Appex is a product and software company based in Zagreb, working with clients in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Croatia and Serbia. Four out of five of our people are senior. There is no delivery layer between you and them.

• Senior people on the actual work. The person who scopes your project is the person who architects it.
• Fixed scope where we can commit to it. Our Sprint has a price on the website for a reason.
• We say no. If AI is the wrong answer to your problem, we would rather tell you in week one than bill you for six months.
• Shipping over presenting. Every engagement is measured by what runs in production at the end of it, not by what was delivered as a document.
